Tialexi Miniature Schnauzer
Neve & Ryly's Puppies Week 6
Now that Neve's crew can escape from the big white whelping box, it has to be dismantled, and go back into storage, and replaced with a crate. This doesn't mean the pups are going to be in a crate all day, quite the opposite, they will be out and about all day. The crate is only used to eat and sleep, and during the day it's left open for them to freely go in and out of if they want, after all the idea is to get them used to it, and learn it's their space. At night though, it's kept closed and covered, and they learn it's
time to settle down for
a good nights
sleep.

So safely
behind bars,
and some would
say this is the best
place for this little crew
of rogues and rascals, they settle
down for the night, and so starts this weeks lesson. Trust us, your little convict will have well and truly got used to spending the night behind bars, so when they get home with you, any whining, howling or scratching, is just an attempt to test your resolve. They'll soon give up, just remember you're the boss, and think yourself lucky, you only have the one.
Six Mini Schnauzer all snug in a crate
After a few hours start to create
They whine and they whine
So you'll think they're not fine
But if you eventually give in
Guess what, they win .
Also this week, the puppy ramp has been brought into play, the idea is that the puppies can get in and out without having to try and use the steps, not they've been able to use it as much as we would have liked, with all the bad weather, we've had this week
Both Neve's and Tia's
litters
Kennel Club
Registered names have now been approved, and we have been very lucky, with many of the preferred names actually being granted.
We're running out of space on this page to list them all,
