Starting toilet training is very important during this stage, although Ryly's demonstration above for the benefit of the lads of how it should be done was not quite what we had in mind
Health issues during this stage are, to again worm all the puppies, and when they are six weeks they will go for there eye tests  to comply with the health screening requirement of the Miniature Schnauzer

All the fun and action starts now. The pups are 4 weeks old, and are now, all seeing, all hearing, and all walking little monsters.

They still spend most of their time sleeping, eating, and pooping.

however the time they've left is spent getting into as much  trouble as they can find, if you let them. you just have to keep one step ahead of the game.
From now on the pups will start learning that there is a routine to life, sleep, wake up, go to the toilet, eat, play, tire themself out, then go to the toilet again, then have a good sleep so they can do the same all over again, and again, and again.
The crew are now just over five weeks now and getting cuter by the day, we don't mean in looks though, far to smart for their own good, so time to batten down the hatches.  You may spot the crew are all sporting new collars, and sorry you can't see Fyn's that well as it's grey in colour.  Had a bit of back paw twitching and scratching but in general they've all taken to them really well, and after all they'll have to get used to having one on
